This was sketched at the fika restaurant at the 257 Beach Road, corner of Arab Street. It's a Swedish restaurant with nice food.

There's a second floor but you won't notice it because the staircase is covered with curtains. As usual, Tia asked to go upstairs. It almost like an Ikea showroom. Almost. Very cosy. There are even sofas.
The interior is actually quite nice to sketch. More so because it was raining outside today.

Today's special guest is Freddie from Georgia, USA. She had just came off a cruise after spending 3 months teaching art on board. Amazing as it sounds, but she isn't paid for her job but to make up for it, she gets to travel to different countries.

Freddie explaining her adventures on the cruise to Paul.
