Book Review: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button: A Graphic Novel

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button: A Graphic Novel

The story seems to work better in a graphic novel form, rather than as a movie. By the way, I didn't manage to finish watching the movie.

This book is a quick and wonderful read. It's about (if you don't already know) Benjamin Button, who was born an old man and ages in reverse into a baby. The story is humorous and with heart. All the characters are really well played out in terms of their reactions to Benjamin Button. It's interesting to see how the story plays out in the end.

Compared to the movie, I enjoyed this in the comic format more. There are some differences in the details though.

The art is done by Kevin Cornell who runs the funny website called Bearskinrug which you must visit. Also check out the drafts he created for this graphic novel.
