Book review: Rozen Maiden Kunstwerk

The Rozen Maiden anime series consists of two TV seasons and two specials. This book came out after the specials aired.

More of a production book than a full out art book, if rough sketches are your thing then this art book is for you. Nearly all the pages are penciled drawings that cover the TV series and the specials. A small section is dedicated to the polished and colored pictures found online. It's interesting to see how the finished images start out as a simple line sketch.

This anime is about dolls and is more catered towards the female audience, though since almost the entire cast is female there is nothing saying guys can't like the art, either.

A Japanese drama CD is included as a bonus. It's a few tracks long and doesn't contain music.
