HTK is featured in this book but it's not his tutorial that's included. The tutorial dvd includes the work of Craig Mullins and Adrian Smith.

If you're interested let me know and I'll help you out. I know for sure that Eddie (publisher of the Apple Collection/Selection) ships internationally.

but Alien is on the 2nd book so will be getting that.
