The Animator's Survival Kit is as you might guess is an instructional book about animation, in fact it is THE BOOK ABOUT ANIMATION.

Written and drawn by master animator Richard Williams, famous for the movie “who framed roger rabbit?”.
This book is a must have for any one who is even remotely interested in animation, and certainly to any one who aspires to be an animator.

The book is full of instructional drawings and frames of animation, and practically step by step instructions of how to make traditional animation.

This book is a requirement at my college for Animation major students. It has everything on the basics for a would-be animator and more. It's thick and durable and really heavy to boot.

Must have for anyone who wants to learn the principles of animation.
