Book Review: Fusion Junction 1 - A Collection of Contemporary Character Art
In each of the Fusion Junction books, four artists and some of their works are put on display. Each artist section begins with a short bio describing such things as how long they've been in their respected field, their work flow, their inspirations and so on. It's a hardcover with 124 pages. Each artist has around 25 pages worth of art. As the title suggests, the majority of them are character pieces, but they extend beyond just simple character drawings. Some are full illustrations with backgrounds while some artists have several pages displaying part of a comic book.

The artists featured are:

Nox (South Korea)
Joshua Middleton (USA)
Maggi (South Korea)
Eric Canete (USA)

Easy to recommend for people into character art...obviously, but if you're a fan of digital art then you will probably enjoy this too. Or if you're familiar with any of those artists.

Available at: Amazon (US | CA | UK | FR | DE | JP)

I just *Love* Maggi's stuff. I forgot which issue but she was featured in ImagineFX
