Hank Ketcham is most famously known as the creator of the comic strip Dennis the Menace.
this book presents a varied collection of Hank Ketcham's works, from a time he worked as a commercial advertising illustrator and gag cartoonist, before he created of Dennis the Menace.

the book begines with a breef intrudaction of the artist history as a cartoonist, and continues with full page illustrations, mostly black and white illustration, with a few colored ones.
many of the gags are much more sleazy and adult oriented then the famous Dennis the Menace.
their are also a few examples of cartoon gags, that where early incarnations of what will become Dennis the Menace.

in a whole it is a very extensive collection of works from a wonderful illustrator, and a must have to any one who likes cartoons and illustration.
