The tones were added with the Derwent Graphitone. The background was done too hastily. I should not have applied the graphite to the paper since it's not totally soluble. And I forgot to bring a bigger brush, hence the background isn't very even.

This is what I have to deal with. It's more crowded than a market.

I'm into square composition nowadays.

I'm not a big fan of night sketching. You can't draw what you can't see.

Did I mention it was a crowded place? These people are also sitting there watching the National Day rehearsal. They actually can't see any details because it's too far away. Many enjoyed the outing.
