This is a much smaller book than I had expected. It's almost palm size. 128 pages, paperback.
It's an inspiring guide on keeping journals written by Dan Price, in journal style. There are tips on how to make journaling fun but none too technical. The exercises are simple for starting out, and ideas for thinking differently. The approach is very basic and might not suit those looking for more in-depth discussion.
The last part of the book collects a few pages from his Moonlight Chronicle book which you can get separately - making this book lighter in content.
It's good for beginners, not so if you're already into journaling.
4 out of 5 stars.
