The most prominent building along Armenian Street is probably the Peranakan Museum. There are also some shophouses and colonial style buildings all restored to pristine condition. It's certainly very different from George Town's Armenian Street.

This was the second sketch of the day. Armenian Street is a good place to sketch because opposite the Peranakan Museum, there are lots of trees and buildings with shady walkways, and the people traffic is low.

This is the Singapore Philatelic Museum on Coleman Street, and the end of Armenian Street.
National Heritage Board is giving free entries to all its museum in the month of August to celebrate Singapore's birthday. There's no better time to visit all the museums.

Sun tanners, Ignatius and Favian.

Don's new art material holder.

Zhu Hong brough a few copies of his new watercolour artbook 路口 朱宏小品集 to sell again.

Even though it's not the official end of month sketchwalk, there's still a lot of people.

I like the composition of this piece.
