The colors are oversaturated only in these online samples. In the printed book they are simply beautiful to behold. Also keep in mind that the art here was prepared as a proposal for an animated series, _not_ for a comic book (as much as I might wish otherwise).

The sad news is that I read somewhere that production for the series was either on-hold or cancelled altogether. It's actually bittersweet news because the actual footage I saw looked atrocious. It wasn't living up to the images in the book at all. I understand that most or all of the shots weren't finalized and were in-progress but if your work footage looks that bad then it shouldn't be shown at all. Looks like a rookie studio to me.

I wish/hope that Grant and Mukesh can some day go back and simply finish the story as a limited series comic but it doesn't look like that's going to happen. Such a shame if that's the case. :-(
